EDESA agrees to store for “Un Techo Para Mi Pais” (A roof for my country)

Within the framework of our corporate social responsibility program,
EDESA has offered the organization “Un Techo para mi País” (UTPMP),
part of its warehouses in order to store their building supplies.
UTPMP is a Latin American nonprofit organization
that builds emergency homes in marginal areas as part
of a long-term social program. UTPMP works in 19
countries in the region, including:

Argentina, Bolivia, Brasil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica,
Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Haití, Honduras, México,
Nicaragua, Panamá, Perú, República Dominicana, Uruguay,
Venezuela y Paraguay.

Since 2008 UTPMP has worked in Paraguay with families
who live in extreme poverty in different settlements in
Asunción, Luque, Areguá, Ypané and Ciudad del Este.

EDESA considers it important to contribute to this noble
cause by granting UTPMP part of their own facilities to
store the supplies they use in the construction of the
emergency homes.
